Conflicts with parents has become the largest distraction, sometimes resulting in lawsuits brought against the Coach and the school district.

Red Zone has developed a training program that helps Coaches and Athletic Directors understand and properly deal with Parent/Coach conflicts and build a more successful athletic program.

Our approach is very common sense based, with a focus on teaching coaches how to communicate effectively with parents, provide leadership to their teams and eliminate conflict among coaching staff.
